Marriott International Front Desk Manager interview questions

Applied online and received an informal email for an interview at the hotel. My details weren't updated on the Marriott website, so I thought they are only experimenting before they invite me to the real interview. The process took a week and a half. Went to the interview, it started great until I started sharing my experience at Marriott as I did an internship in the US and was supervising a housekeeping team. Also worked at the Front Desk Management team and back office, however they didn't look that they believed what I was saying (everything was true). At the end of the interview I had 3 questions, asked 2 and the interviewer started pushing me through the end and after each question I asked, she would ask me, is that all (said it about 3 times) and in the end, I couldn't finish my questions about the hotel.

Situational questions. They want to know results and numbers to show the results. The focus on goal answers, goal was X and we scored Y because of what I did to support the results. The also have you take a personality survey to know how closely you can meet the Marriott Cultural. First you receive a call from the recruiter, then on property, then have you come in for an interview and generally one or two rounds meeting with the direct report and the GM and Executive Committee.
