The interview was led by food and beverage manager and one lady from human resources. They were both respectful and nice. The questions were in regard to my previous jobs, working experience and etc. Then I had to answer what would I do in certain situations and give an example of a situation when I had a rude customer and how did I dealt with it, and similar questions.
