I applied online. I interviewed at Marriott International
Interview
One of the worst recruiters I've ever spoken to. Email correspondence was curt and lacked clarity. Once on the phone, the recruiter just read from the job description and asked what salary I was looking for before asking me any questions. Very odd cadence and poorly thought out prompts. When I was asked to move forward I received a Teams invite, without any sort of additional communication or supporting information.
The interviewer was very brash and seemed to take offense to how I described my experiences and desire for my next role.
Interview as over a month ago and I never heard back. A simple rejection email would've been sufficient
I had 3 rounds of interviews and was asked specific questions to highlight skills and experiences that aligned with the role I was applying for. This included team management, project management, technical skills, and managing budgets. I provided 4 references that were all contacted.
