I was contacted for a phone interview. 3 weeks laterI was asked if I'm interested in a second interview to which I replied yes and asked for the time. 3 weeks later, I still had no idea when the second interview will be. I contacted the interviewer and 2 weeks later I'm still awaiting a reply!!
