Overall the hiring and interview process was very easy and enjoyable. I received a call and scheduled an in person interview. The initial interview started with questions about availability, previous experience and items on my resume. The majority of the interview questions were STAR formatted that began with "Think of a time you experienced ..." "How did you respond". At the end of my first interview we reviewed the logistics of the restaurant and I was told they had a few more people to interview and they would reach out to me within the next week. I was called within the time frame for a second interview which turned out to be a meeting with HR and I was told that it wasn't an interview and I had been hired which was a great surprise.
