One interview very direct .. all questions were clear .. interviews were confidential.. 30 min process very easy going .. back ground questions.. where was i manager and for how long .. how many companies.. rates and staffing .. statistics.
Smooth and fast once you speak to someone on property. If you work for the company already, that makes this easier, but if you don't I would call the property directly to see if you can speak to the hiring manager and introduce yourself. It helps a ton.
