Firstly they post tge vacancy and then they short list the people according to their need and requirement . They interview the people by hr team and if they found the people to be good enough then last interview will be taken by the department head and once got approval hr team prepared the offer letter and hiring process will be done

One step process with management. I did mine virtually and a great experience. Very friendly management. Was similar to a panel interview. Heard back in a timely manner, and got great feedback at the end of the interview.

Fair and easy process to get the virtual interview. The manager was nice and informational, great talking to. Seem to have a great company atmosphere and direction to go in the upcoming years.
