Filled out the application, then 1 hour later I received a notice via email that they would not be moving forward with my application. They must have some algorithm or AI that filtered me. My complaint is that they did not specify why I was not selected or considered for the position. Companies need to specify why and/or at least give you a contact person to speak with to better understand the selection process and/or why an experienced candidate like myself was denied.
