They just really seemed to want to fill the position quickly The Gm gave his two weeks the busiest time of year and never given a full onboarding process The management team was constantly revolving
Screening process. This is the first interview that asked what year I graduated. I felt this could discriminate with age. Not appropriate to ask. Other than that it was basic questions. I received a rejection letter prior to the interview and confirmed If this was accurate. They said it was an error only to get the same one a few days after the screening. Makes me wonder if they had a backup candidate already and if I wanted my time.
