Short and quick based off my experience, nice interface not pressure was mad comfortable. Prior my application was reject right after which seemed impossible but a week or so later I was called by director for interview. She wanted to enter view immediately!

Showed interest, genuine. Prepared and was very honest and upfront with their questions. It wasn't geared as much about my knowledge but who and what I am as a person. Much more difficult to slay that type of interviewing style

I had a phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview. The in person interview they tell you that it will be in a STAR format. The formality of it all seemed more difficult than necessary
