I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International (Atlanta, GA)

Interview

I had a prescreening held at my university by a recruiter. Afterwards, they sent an online exam based on the division you wanted to get into. A few days later, I received an official invitation to the interview in Atlanta, Georgia and they covered all expenses. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and used the STAR format.
