I was contacted by a recruiter who asked me pretty simple questions, only 2 questions regarding my experience. The rest of the questions were related to salary requirements and if I could work in the US. The 2nd stage of the interview process was some type of a personality quiz. It was about 60 questions and only took 15-20 minutes to complete. The next step was speaking again with the recruiter to answer 4 situational questions, which he would then report to the hiring manager and team. The recruiter was very personable and kind. I didn't hear anything for about a week until I was contacted by representative from Marriott to notify me that they went forward with someone else. I thought it was very professional of Marriott to give a call instead of a automatic, general email.
