They called to set an interview date. You go to meet them in person for the interview questions. Make sure you dress professionally. When I got there, the managers were late and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes.

One interview, but took 3 weeks to hear back then another month until my training class which was basically just the heads of a few departments flexing on themselves for 2 days
It was a great interview. Straight to the point but at the same time comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not get the position but I made it to the final round.
