Interview was onsite with two Asst. Directors with no real experience other than some leadership program they both completed a few years ago.
The pay was ridiculously low.

After hearing back about not getting the offer, I was told they wanted to offer me another position... They then offered me a position for $20k less than what I was originally interviewing for. Was annoyed that they got my hopes up for another position, and that they thought I would be interested in a role paying 33% less than the one I was seeking. Even less than my current salary had been
