The interview was brief and thorough. All of the questions relate to critical thinking and how you dealt with stressful situations. Normally the interview will be with just one other person. Highly recommend to be friendly and ask a few questions of your own at the end.

Interview with two department heads and then to GM, used STAR questions. They were willing to interview me remotely as I was moving cities. It was a great experience and I was able to learn a lot about the property and how the department and hotel operates.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (Thunder Bay, ON) in May 2025

So friendly without stress and mr.shanque was great with his hospitality and asked me about previous experiences than started ask interview questions and write notes about what i said and told me he will give me a response about aplication next day.
