Very keen on understanding how you handle customer requests and looking for the ability to understand their needs before they even say them. Any customer service example will be useful, especially where you can demonstrate through the process of STAR of how you exceeded the expectations of the customer

Straightforward, thorough. The format is smart and invocative. There is a recruiter who will reach out to you for an initial call, then an assessment, then a call or in-person interview with your department leader, then your property leader and HR.

Interview
First, there was a virtual interview with my manager and later an in-person interview with her and the head of the department. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Also, since the interview wasn't with a HR person, the vibe and the questions felt different and suited me better.
