I got a phone call two days after completing my application (Friday). It was a very informal phone interview asking a few basic questions about myself and how my previous work experience was relevant. She wanted to set up an interview for that day or Monday morning. The interview was a very straight forward STAR format interview. She said Marriott has switched almost all their interviews to this format no matter what position you are applying to. She called me later that night with an offer for the position.
