Marriott International Front-Office Manager interview questions

I was already in the company, so I was able to apply for the job. Had a short phone interview with the hiring manager to check to see what systems I was familiar with. Then I had a phone interview with a recruiter, a Skype interview with three department heads and then I was flown to the property to meet all of the Department heads, and the Director of Operations and General Manager. It took about 3 weeks for the entire process.

Very simple, applied online received a phone call. Was asked to come in for an interview the following day. I was interviewed by three people: assistant manager, manager and director.
