They came to my school and we sent in our resume via the school career site. Then they schedule an interview for each student. The interview was 15 min long and they got back to you in two weeks via email.

The internship interview program was very well organized and focused on the STAR method. The interviews felt more like a conversation. Only downside was the little communication in between the rounds because it relied heavily on interviewers busy schedules.
