Question 1
Tell me a time where you had to go against a team decision. How did you approach it
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2015
Interview
1. Phone call with HR to discuss logistics.
2. Meet with hiring manager for behavioural style interview.
3. Meet with a panel to present a case study with 1 hour of prep, 30 minutes of presentation which includes Q&A and potentially additional behavioural style questions.
4. Meet with the General Manager for a final 1:1
The process overall was above average with respects to how stressful and challenging it was given there was multiple steps and a panel. Overall though I thought it was fair and allows the company to get a very good read into your communication and selling skills.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mars (Fayetteville, AR) in Mar 2015
Interview
