Mars & Co Associate Consultant interview questions

The interview process involved two rounds: case studies and behavioral questions. I was evaluated on my analytical and communication skills. I worked on three different cases with three different people.

Behavioral phone screen + case interviews over zoom + in-person case interviews. Some “brain teasers” and traditional cases. Seemed like employees make their own cases and covered a wide range of industries. Much more math-heavy than other case interviews, knowing basic excel can’t hurt either.
