The process was very unstructured - my interview got rescheduled a number of times and the interviewers kept changing. Ended up with 2 interviewers who were both junior consultants and neither the behavioral nor the case questions were well prepared. The interviewers havent seen my resume and didnt even know which office I was applying for. Also early in the process HR asked for a 10 min intro call which turned into impromptu interview for 1 hour. Overall very poor communication throughout the process & the firm seems disorganized.
