Applied through the website and was contacted for a first round interview at their London office. Interview consisted of two one-to-one sessions: one discussing motivation with a more senior employee and the other going through a case study. They said they would contact me with either a follow-up invitation or feedback. I have not heard back since. Generally quite an underwhelming experience. The employees/interviewers lacked energy and the entire experience didn't leave me with the best impression of the company.
