I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mars & Co (Greenwich, CT) in Dec 2019
Interview
Had a phone screening and behavioral (why mars), then was invited to the Greenwich, CT office for an in person interview. Interview was 3 hours, with 2 consultants and a VP, was given about 5 cases and a few brain teasers. Interviewers were friendly for the most part. Showing how to think logically and confidently was important, discussing answers and applying them to the world is critical. It's a global firm, so the questions were mainly market sizing on a global scale.
