The organization of the interview was pretty straight forward. It was a bit of a pain to have to go all the way down to CT for the second round interview. I had a lunch first and then two 1 on 1 interviews with VPs. Each interview was about 30 minutes. Both interviews were split between a case interview and fit interview. One case interview was business analysis and the other was more abstract. They are a very data driven place, so the business case dealt with some preliminary data analysis. Overall place seemed really nice but the people did not seem to really pop or stand out.
