I applied to Mars & Co. through their online application, was accepted for a first round interview, and scheduled the first phone interview only to wait for a recruiter who never called me. I followed up later that day and asked if we could re-schedule because I was never called. The recruiter agreed, we confirmed my phone number for a second time, and again I was not called. A week later I received a rejection email. The interview process was unprofessional in my eyes despite my having reached out to the recruiter to convey my interest in rescheduling our conversation. I would not apply to Mars & Co. again after this experience.
