I got an interview pretty quickly and it was all over Zoom. 3 different case studies, recycled from past projects they've worked on. The interview lasted 3 hours, 1 hour per case. The cases were led by 3 different people, all men. Overall good interview experience but the fact that I spoke to 3 white men and met no one else was disappointing. The cases felt a bit disorganized, kind of improvised, like the interviewers were delivering the case from their memories instead of reading a case prompt. No one got back to me after my interview and my follow up emails. If I had gotten an offer I would have thought seriously about it before accepting for 3 reasons: 1- company culture didn't reflect well from the interview 2- they are located in the middle of nowhere Connecticut 3- the reviews on Glassdoor from current and past employees did not make it sound very exciting
