Interview
The interview consisted of a phone interview, first round ( 1 HR, 2 Consultants), and second round (2 VPs) followed by a lunch with consultants. The phone and HR interview discussed your background and the interest in the firm. While the other interview were mostly background, case study, and question sessions. Everyone was highly professional, friendly, and intelligent.
The place is highly quantitative in nature and mainly hires those with engineering backgrounds.

Fairly straightforward. 30 minute screening call followed by a 3 hour superday with cases and behavioral questions. The interviewers were all personable and on the younger side. There were no senior-level interviewers.
