Met at a university event, all super friendly and went for drinks after. Following this was invited to what I was told was a "last round interview" in person in their London office. This consisted of three rounds with different seniorities in the company. The questions were case study based and the people generally very friendly.
The problem was that they NEVER got back to me, I asked multiple times if a decision was made and just told they were still working on it and only had one person for HR in London who was overwhelmed. I ended up reaching out to an employee on LinkedIn who told me the same, and even after multiple promises to email me, nothing. Think it's poor to take people's time and then just blank them.
