I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marsh in Feb 2012
Interview
It was mostly personality based. Standard behavioral questions were asked and that led to a few "Give me an example of when you've..." questions. Nothing new if you prepare standard questions. The panel interviews are largely for convenience: allow many people to evaluate your responses at the same time. Nothing is surprising.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Marsh (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
There was overall 4 rounds of interviews that last overall 2 months. It’s totally a waste of time. The position was only a senior staff and intermediate manager. The first round was with a recruiter and then the hiring manager. If you were scheduled to meet with an upper managers, it made you feel like you are closer to get the job. While, you are absolutely wrong with M&M.
