Phone interview was basic fit and behavioral questions. Interviewer was incredibly friendly. It started with the interviewer giving me a walkthrough about what the Summer TRAC program is, and what I would be doing as an intern. No technical questions; interview was about 45 min long. Most of the time was spent with me asking her questions about the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
I met with four different people for the final interview. They were all very nice and personable. For Marsh, they are not really into the whole "what is on your resume" thing. Marsh likes to see the person you are and if they can see themselves working with you. My best advice is to just be yourself in the interviews and you should be able to carry on conversations.
