Initial phone call from HR person located in USA. Then moved onto video interview with Canadian leadership. I felt everything went really well until I was absolutely ghosted by them after asking specific questions I thought of later (I was encouraged to reach out to them), and then completely ignored when I sent emails weeks later inquiring to the status. Considering they told me they definitely would let me know either way very soon, I found this very frustrating and disheartening.
