I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (Mumbai) in Feb 2021
Interview
It was an interview for catastrophe risk analyst profile. I had 4 rounds. First with the H.R about my expectations and why I want to join the organisation. Then the second round was technical where I was questioned about my technical and statistical skills. After that I had two stakeholders interview. Which was quite interactive. Then they offered me the job but I couldn't accept it as the salary was lower than my expectation.

Great process. Got email from recruiter about 2 business days from applying. Hopped on a call with him. This was followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and then 1 on 1 meetings with team members and more senior team members. All in all, the process took about 1 month from initial application to offer.
