      Associate Plan Analyst Interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (New York, NY)

      Interview

Completed four steps in the hiring process. Interview seemed to go well. Recruiter who works for the company said they'd reach out with next steps. He called me once and I missed the call but called back within the hour and left a voicemail. I then called a few more times and sent multiple emails trying to follow up and was just completely ghosted. I did not even receive the courtesy of a rejection call or email, just ghosted and never got to find out why he called me because he never reached back out. It was especially frustrating that he originally called me but then had no intention of ever following up on that. This was a wildly unprofessional experience. It takes hours of preparation and hours to complete multiple interviews and assessments. They could at least communicate with people who put time and effort into trying to work for their company. I was referred by a current employee and they did not tell him why they ghosted me either. Shortly after this, they fired him and others so I'm assuming they couldn't even afford the staff they were trying to hire. Total waste of time.
