I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Marsh (Columbia, SC) in Oct 2021
Interview
They use a screening interview through a prerecorded process. Not a hard process, but give yourself time for this and prepare for the interview. The first interview is very casual, but prerecorded, so there is not much of an opportunity to show your personality. I hate these types but got a second behavioral interview that did not go well. Just be better prepared. I was in midterms season and applying early for jobs.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marsh (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Virtual interview and then self-guided case study related to the Career services field. Communication was good and everything happened in a timely manner. Interviewers were very respectful, and the recruiter was very helpful when I had questions for him.
