I applied online. I interviewed at Marsh in Oct 2022
Interview
Forst round interview was online using the program that gives you a prompt, and a set time to record your answer. Not a fan of this style because I'm not sure if a human is actually watching the videos, I hope they're not being reviewed by some software and using an algorithm to reject/pass people. The questions were also very bland and I feel like you wouldn't even get a good feel if the person was right for the company or not using this process.

Question 1
Name a time during work/school where you had to use effective communication to solve an issue
An online application including CV, a maths and English test then a video interview, 2 face to face interviews and an assessment centre which included a presentation and a table top exercise
The interview was multi step. I felt like I met a number of the necessary people that I need to go make an impression in the second round. The next round will be less relationship oriented.
