Interview process was very engaging and clear. Hiring manager was nice to deal with, manager of the hiring manager was really nice and was even more clear and conveyed what he is looking for and what he's looking to achieve. - The recruiter I worked with was really nice initially, after about a month of interviews, followed by two weeks of silence I called and left a voice message, I also sent him a email, then I followed with another email at least to tell me what the status is, especially that the status on their website remained as active "interview". I absolutely despise recruiters like this - it actually speaks volumes of what the company is and the culture. If I was to give an advise at least follow up, say the job was given to someone else, you were not our guy, respond to an email, follow up with a call. it is not a bad thing to do that, what is rather bad is you being real nice to get someone to the interview then ghost him
