Interview
It was the initial interview, through a program where I was recorded to answer one question, and the rest of the questions were written or multiple choice, about myself, such as the university I attended, where I live, education level, etc.
Straightforward interview, given a timeframe within which I would hear back, and then no follow on communication at all/indication of decision. Frustrating to be left hanging after spending so much time preparing.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Marsh in Feb 2010
Interview
Did the Round 1 interview on campus with an HR representative. No technical questions, only behavioral and fit. Round 2 was over the phone with an executive of the firm. Technical questions related to Corporate Finance (capital structure, dividends, cost of capital, balance sheet, cash flow statement), and some fit questions.
