I was called for a phone screening at around 7p.m. after hours in early October, 2017. The interviewer gave barely any introduction about the role, and just started asking me personal questions as to fill out a sheet. I was asked"What is your age? What is your salary? Are you single or married? What type of role are you looking for?" It was extremely invasive. When I told her I was seeking a mid-senior role in HRM, I was asked " how are you looking for a senior role when you have no experience?" The interviewer didn't even read my CV and I proceeded to correct them, clarifying that I actually have 5yrs experience detailed on my CV. In any case I was called for a face to face interview late October, following the screening. And then a second interview early November. I was told I should hear back within 2 weeks (end of December) I have been following up since November 15th and it's now January 24th. The Talent Specialist doesn't answer a single email or call. Highly unprofessional.
