I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk in Jan 2016
Interview
Email contact lead to recorded video interview and then HR interview. Recorded interview was a bit intimidating but actual interview with HR was very relaxed and comfortable. At the end of the HR interview, I was told that a hiring manager would contact me but did not receive a follow up from either HR or Hiring Manager.

Question 1
Basic interview questions: why do you want to work for Marsh, tell me about difficult situations and you overcame them, etc. Video interview questions are tailored to the position you are applying for and problem solving scenarios for your position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
Stage 1 was the HR screening. Then, stage 2 was two interviews. One with hiring manager. Another one with peers. Typical competency based questions. Friendly interviewers, it's more like a get to know you and introduction about the role. But, there's no update after the interview. I needed to check in their system to see the rejected status after a month, not even a rejection email.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Spoke with hiring manager and 2 peers via telephone. Questions were thorough and fair related to experience and how I would handle various situations. They asked appropriate follow up questions that related to the situation and advanced the discussion. There were no "gotcha" type questions
