Interview
This was a terrible process. I got an email inquiring about my availability to interview & the interview was set up. On the day of the interview I go to the zoom link & it tes me its invalid. I emailed HR and called a few times and received no response back. This is very unprofessional and speaks on how unorganized the company is and no consideration for time.

Wonderful, everyone was kind and friendly. Clear and open communication about job pay, time off, and other aspects of work life balance. Interview process made me excited to join the company along with giving me a feeling of the community I was joining

Long term plans and how that would benefit the firm
I had three interviews, couldn't agree on salary, they kept calling me back, offering 1%, but would never pay me what I was worth. Required education and experience, but yet another firm that doesn't want to pay for it.
