I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marshalls in Dec 2012
Interview
I came into the store to shop, and at checkout I asked if the store was hiring. I received an application, came back later than night to speak to the hiring manger. He looked at my resume, was impressed with my work history, noted that I "wasn't a teenager who is out partying all the time" and hired me on the spot.

Interview process was straight forward and easy, she did not ask that many questions. I answered all of them and was offered the job on the spot. We had 4 hours of paid training before starting my first official shift
Was given the first interview and felt good about it then went to another one and the manager there is very uninterested in the applicants. Started to ask me what role I wanted as if I had a choice and I said whatever is fine and she looked unhappy with that answer
Easy and it was very quick. It was in person and it last for fifteen minutes the interview. It was only one interview process to get hired for the job.
