Met with hiring manager, filled out personality questionnaire. Then there was a Q&A session, then some training videos and some more training involved before becoming a supervisor. I also worked in a sales role before.
Initial interview with ASM and final with SM if you pass with the ASM. Once you pass and get the offer letter, you start orientation. The process took about a week.
Easy and very common. I prayed, I researched, got the salary as long as you come and do your job. Great benefits, opportunities for growth. Help, discounts, asked if I had any questions or concerns. Great people.
