Interview
During the interview for the retail position, the interviewer asked me a series of standard questions related to customer service, sales experience, and handling difficult situations. The conversation flowed naturally, allowing for an engaging and insightful exchange of a natural and effortless conversation.
There were two interviews. One was a group interview with about 4-5 other people and the second interview was a one on one interview with the hiring manager. I got a call the same day of the first interview to set up the second interview.

Interview
First I went to a fair job in my city, I talked with the recruiter, and then the recruiter scheduled a second interview in one of the stores. In the store, they asked me some questions, mostly about my previous experience, in which I focused on customer service, such as how to handle tight deadlines, how to provide excellent customer service, a situation where I get good feedback from a customer and how I took it and more... They ask for your availability, and salary expectations, and tell a little more about the company. Do not forget to ask some questions when they say to you. And the process took for me a couple days to receive answer.
