I applied through their website career page, got interviewed by their internal recruiter then the hiring manager. From my perspective both interviews went well but, not getting any updates after sending a thank you or an updates , nada ‘ghosted’ is very unprofessional. It has been over 3 months and no rejection letter whatsoever. Respect is very important for me and I am glad that I am not an employee of this organization because I got another offer which was better and couldn’t be happier. So job seeker, beware and be ready being ‘ghosted’.
