Conducted via the chat function of a video conferencing platform - definitely the weirdest interview experience I've had. Every response from HR was copied and pasted. I was told ahead of time that they were interviewing multiple candidates at once, but they were very clearly bulk interviewing. Very clinical, no human interaction. Long breaks between questions as I'm sure they were going through the other candidates.
