I got the reference from one of my professors in college and sent an email to the manager that I was interested. Within a few days I got an email back was asked to come in for an interview. Very laid back and straight forward interview. Not so much on technical or behavior interview questions you would get at a more well known and bigger corporation. Went over my previous experiences and went over what the job entails.
Process was straightforward. More of a conversation to get to know the people and get to know how personable you are and can hold a conversation. Whole process took 2-3 weeks.

Interview
very relaxed, would recommend to anyone new to Supply Chain . was interviewed by the Director who is an extremely nice guy. The process starts with a phone screening, then a video interview, followed by a campus tour if they like you

Great experience, was in person with the regional manager. Lasted about an hour, and was business casual attire. Talked about the job and how my past experience and how my strengths was a good match for what kind of candidate they were looking for.
