I applied in-person. I interviewed at Martha's Table
Interview
I had the opportunity to interview with the then serving president of the organization and a few of the other senior management level personnel. The interview was typical of most interviews, but this was all in a time before current management came into the positions that they now hold. I suspect that the interview process is different now and probably more comprehensive.
