I've wanted to work at this org for over 3 years. Applied at least 3 times. Finally got an interview due to a glitch that allowed me to apply thru LinkedIn accidentally and they contacted me to send a full resume over. I have the phone screen and am practically oozing excitement. The voice on the other end is flat, indifferent, and cut me off a few times. When I'm notified I did not make it to the next round, I politely request any feedback that might improve my chances in the future and to better understand what they're looking for. No response from HR. After reading reviews on Glassdoor I'm beginning to realize the universe may have just been doing me a favor.
