Martin-Brower Operations Associate interview questions

I applied online and within a few days I received a call from someone. They called me at dinner time on a Tuesday and didn't even ask if it was a good time for a phone interview. I could've been anywhere doing anything and would've had to follow through with these phone interview questions. The questions were fine but I was completely unprepared for a phone interview. I don't think the interviewer even told me what their role was at the company. As a professional, you should ALWAYS call or email to schedule a phone interview before just starting up a random phone call with interview questions.
